What process is involved in Home Staging?

Our Auckland home staging process includes the following steps:

1. Property Viewing:

We visit your property and will discuss your requirements and the details of your sale process with you. We will photograph your property and take notes, beginning the visualisation and design process for staging your home.

2. Detailed Email Quote:

We put together a quote to ensure maximum market value and will provide further detail about what is included in the staging.

3. Installation Day:

Our team will prepare and carefully pack everything needed to bring your home to its full potential. The installation day usually takes 3 – 6 hours onsite (depending on the size of your home) whereby we will transform it ready for photography and attracting purchasers.

4. Rental Period:

The staging period is for five weeks. Sometimes we find homes need to be staged for longer periods, and that’s no problem, we take this on a case by case basis.

5. Furniture Removal:

Once the property has been sold our experienced team will be back again to pack up all the items in a timely and professional manner in between the unconditional and settlement dates.

How long is the staging period?

Standard is five weeks, but if you need the furniture for longer, it’s no problem, we arrange this on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional charge for longer time periods.

How much does home staging cost?

It’s best to get in touch with us for a quote. Homes vary a lot in terms of size, style, location and access to name a few things. We can give you a basic estimate over the phone with a few details, but a detailed quote once we have viewed the property is best.

We’re very experiences in providing a service whereby we’ll make recommendations on preparing and optimising your home for the sale process utilising your current home furnishings.
