Repurposing an old piano stool for home staging

Tuesdays project – upcycled piano stool.

I’m going to use this piano stool on a home staging project. It will be the desk chair in a bedroom. The desk is white and modern so I have chosen black as a contrast.

The fabric I’m using is a neutral colour linen to soften it.

For house dressing I like to marry old and new together for an interesting eclectic aesthetic that will capture the buyer's attention and engage their imagination.

Upcycling is a sustainable and affordable way to create interesting and unique pieces that make interiors stand out from the anodyne and generic.
